Who we are

Elissa Posey, Esq.

Attorney
Elissa Posey, Esq. is a capable professional with a decade of legal experience as a paralegal prior to becoming an attorney. In addition to two years as a paralegal for the Public Defender in San Bernardino County doing post conviction relief, Ms. Posey worked as a law clerk for the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office for approximately seven months during law school and post bar. While she deeply enjoyed her work with the District Attorney, it was in her extensive experience as a family law paralegal that she found her passion. Her care, compassion, and ability to relate to her family law clients was her inspiration for building a family law firm. Her passion for Estate Planning came during her law school career. She enjoyed that are of law so much that when she opened her firm, she added Estate Planning to the services she provides to her clients. It is her mission to provide capable and caring representation for clients whether in preparing Estate Planning documents or navigating the often painful and challenging family law process.

Jamie Garcia

Paralegal
Jamie Garcia is a skilled paralegal who earned an associates in Paralegal Studies at Riverside Community College in 2021. She has worked diligently to master her craft, and is passionate about her work and about her clients. As a mother to a child with special needs, Jamie has a unique and personal understanding of the challenges that arise from difficult diagnosis, and has also developed valuable advocacy skills as a result.
